Introduction

Read these Terms of Service before using moore.exposed (ME).  Your access and use of ME is conditioned upon your acceptance and compliance with these terms.  They are intended to lay down a framework to fairly protect your rights, the rights of other users, the rights of third parties, and the rights of ME.  They apply to all visitors, users, and business partners and to ME. While using ME, you retain all rights granted to you by local and international law, including, but not limited to GDPR for European citizens and CCPA for California citizens. 

Terms of Service

ME reserves the right to occasionally update these terms; the most recent update was on 23-12-04. By using ME you are agreeing to the most recent version of this document.  If you decline, you should discontinue using ME, which will automatically remove any personally identifiable information within a month.

Minors (based on local laws) cannot legally enter into contract on their own and must have their parent's consent to use ME under terms of this license.  ME reserves the right to request confirmation of age, and parental permission (if required).

All content, including text, video, photographs, diagrams, and software on this site are copyright, and cannot be copied or reproduced in any way without permission from ME.

When posting to ME, a unique graphical avatar is randomly assigned to your browser to protect your identity.  Circumventing this protection by attempting to post personally identifiable information is generally not allowed.  Such posts will be edited or moderated to protect the poster’s anonymity.

ME is intended to be a safe place for conversation.  Rude, offensive, overly critical, or vulgar behavior is not permitted.  Trolling and personal attacks are also not permitted. By agreeing to these terms, you agree that ME will be the final arbitrator in any disagreements.

Any of the following activities would be considered abusive and are strictly prohibited: 

• Using ME's communication facilities for commercial purposes, junk mails, spamming, pyramiding schemes, chain letters, harassment, or bulk emails.
• Attempts to impede or compromise ME's infrastructure, whether through hacking, social engineering, viruses, or other means.
• Attempts to access secured data, content, user information, code, or servers.
• Copy the look and feel of the user interfaces, including (but not limited to) the web site, emails, apps, and desktop applications.
• Attempts to scrape content, including (but not limited to) uploaded media, internal links, metadata, and user information.  An exception to this rule applies to search engine robots following customary procedures such as respecting robots.txt.

When you upload content to ME, you warrant that you own the content and have the right to grant ME rights and license as outlined in this document. Additionally, you warrant that the media does not infringe on third party rights and does not violate any laws, statutes or regulations. ME does not allow pornographic, racist, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, violent, extremist, obscene, hateful, threatening, harmful, harassing, defamatory, offensive, or poor quality. Please note that media depicting political views and illegal actions may be considered offensive or extremist.

Some examples of potentially offensive or harmful content include, but are not limited to the following:

• Portraying a person as connected with pornography or adult entertainment
• Portraying a person as endorsing a product or service
• Attributing political views or endorsements to a person
• Attributing a person to criminal or illegal activities
• Trademark or copyright infringement

Upon uploading you grant ME a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt and modify (incl. translation), distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, broadcast, make available, store and archive and otherwise use such content (in whole or in part) on and through the ME's services. Furthermore, you authorize us under your copyrights to enforce or defend any violations of the sub-license you grant us, and shall support such actions with evidence, if needed.

Violations

Violations of these terms of service may include, but are not limited to: immediate access termination, revocation of privileges, access suspension, access restrictions, removal of comments and/or content and/or legal action. ME will be the soul judge in such matters, and may take into consideration historical trends and established reputation to determine intention.

Please note that it may not feasible to investigate each piece of submitted content for compliance with the terms of service or privacy policy. If you feel that your rights have been violated please contact ME with the following:

1. A link, in the form of a URL, to the content in question.

2. A description of the rights you consider to have been infringed.

3. Contact information, including your email address, legal name, address, and telephone number.

Indemnification

In using ME's services, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold ME and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses or demands arising out of or in connection with (i) your use and access to the website and/or service; (ii) your violation of these terms; (iii) infringement of third party rights (copyrights, trademark rights, personal rights, etc.) by you or your content. The indemnity obligation includes the reasonable costs of legal defense, in particular lawyer's fees, necessary to defend against such claims.

ME content is not legal or professional advice, and ME makes no guarantees as to the accuracy of information it provides.  In fact, sometimes names or details may be changed from reality for various reasons, including but not limited to the protection of  individual privacy. ME accepts no liability for any content, third party links, or decisions based on content from this web site.

Furthermore, ME does not make any guaranteed that its content, if taken as advice, will lead to success.  

ME cannot and does not make any guarantees that its products and services are free from errors, outages, loss of data, unauthorized uses, theft, or other violations of this agreement. ME is not responsible for technical issues outside of its own sphere of influence such as the internet.
